How It All Began

Eleven years ago, I was you—googling 'why won't my baby sleep' at 3am while bouncing my firstborn for the millionth time. I tried every method, read every book, and felt like a complete failure.

Through four kids (yes, four!), I learned the hard way that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to baby sleep. That's why I became certified in Applied Positive Psychology and Human Design Family Coaching—to create a gentle, personalized approach that honors each baby's unique needs AND supports mama's well-being. Now I'm here to guide you through the sleep maze with compassion, real-world experience, and zero judgment.
